Modular building company FutureForm and consumer magazine House Beautiful have launched a range of custom-build homes. The homes are available in four designs under the brand, Home for Life, and are all manufactured offsite as a series of modules. The magazine is showcasing models of the home designs at the Ideal Home Show at London’s Olympia.
The four designs are:
- The Cherry, a single storey starter or retirement home
- The Maple, a three-bedroom family home, designed for a young family and which can be easily extended
- The Rowan, a multi-generational home with three separate living areas at ground floor, with the second ‘living’ room having an adjacent shower room
- The Mulberry, a four to five bedroom family home. The house can have an extra module to one side to create a larger family room, larger master bedroom, and separate cinema room or snug.
Homes are priced at £100,000 to £250,000, excluding land.
